Cranked shaft and bearings of a cranked shaft

THE GENERAL DATA

Removal of a cranked shaft

For removal of a cranked shaft it is necessary to remove the engine.
In the below-mentioned description it is supposed that necessary details are already removed according to the resulted description.
The description of works is resulted separately for various types of engines.

ENGINE OHC OF 2.0 L


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge impellent oil in capacity, having turned away a drain stopper.
2. Remove the pallet картера and the oil pump as it is described in corresponding section.
3. Keeping a screw-driver from проворачивания a gear wreath of a flywheel, turn away bolts of its fastening. In most cases bolts turn on накидным a key without flywheel deduction. For this purpose накидной a key establish at right angle to a line passing through axes of a flywheel and the turned on bolt, and to it strike blow by a hand. For coupling deduction use a steel plate with two drilled apertures. The plate fastens flywheel bolts to coupling. Prop up the engine and turn away bolts. Bolts at once will throw out, since. To use them again it is impossible. Bolts tighten on a demanded corner.
4. Similarly remove приводной a disk (an automatic transmission).
5. Turn away bolts and remove the pallet картера.
6. Remove a gear belt and a head of cylinders (the separate description see).
7. In need of removal only a cranked shaft, pistons with a rod can remain in cylinders. Otherwise they should be taken out, as is described earlier in section the Head of cylinders and valves. If pistons with rods remain in cylinders, mark covers of rods and remove, store them together with loose leaves. Thus it is necessary to replace shatunnye bolts.
8. Establish the indicator at the forward party of the block of cylinders so that its measuring tip rested against an extreme neck of a cranked shaft, as is shown in иллюстр. Press a cranked shaft a screw-driver to one party and establish the indicator on a zero. Wring out a cranked shaft in other party. The indicator indication represents axial люфт a cranked shaft. Write down the received value. If люфт left for the established limits, it is necessary for considering at assemblage.
In the absence of the indicator люфт can be measured щупом on the central bearing between a flange of the bearing and a plane of a cranked shaft.
9. Mark covers of radical bearings and in regular intervals turn away bolts of their fastening from an outer side in a direction to the internal. Remove covers. Check up, that numbers of covers were well visible.
10. Remove loose leaves from necks of a cranked shaft and store them complete with a corresponding cover.
11. From one of bearings remove persistent half rings for adjustment axial люфта.
12. Cautiously take out a cranked shaft from the block of cylinders. Watch to damaging a cogwheel of the gauge of number of turns if it is available.
13. Take out from the bottom part of the block of cylinders the remained loose leaves and connect in one complete set to other half and covers. Mark loose leaves.

ENGINE OHC OF 2.4 L


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish and fix the engine at the stand.
2. Merge impellent oil in capacity, having turned away a drain stopper.
3. Remove a head of cylinders as it has been described concerning the considered engine.
4. Turn away a bolt of fastening of the fan with вязкостной муфтой, as is shown in иллюстр. C an underside the fan is kept by a key for шестигранник. Details of this operation are described in corresponding section.
Attention

The bolt of fastening of the fan has the left carving.


5. Ослабьте a bolt () fastenings of the tension device of the generator on иллюстр., wring out the generator inside and remove клиновой a belt.
6. Turn away a bolt of fastening of a cable of weight from a head of cylinders, wring out the generator downwards and remove together with an arm, having disconnected last.
7. Turn on клеммный a bolt at the basis of the distributor of ignition and remove the distributor.
8. Turn on накидным a key a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft, keeping a flywheel a screw-driver from проворачивания. For flywheel deduction there is also a special blocking.
9. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the pump of a cooling liquid (иллюстр.).
10. Remove in the specified sequence the device of a tension of a chain of a drive of a camshaft, картер a drive of distribution and the pallet картера. If the engine is in the position shown on иллюстр., turn away the bolts shown by arrows.
11. Remove косозубую a gear wheel from a shaft of the distributor of ignition.
12. Put a paint on a chain of a drive an arrow specifying a direction of its rotation and remove an asterisk together with a chain.
13. Remove a stripper an asterisk of a cranked shaft. Between the persistent screw of a stripper and an end face of a cranked shaft necessarily put a lining.
14. Mark mutual position of a basket of coupling and a flywheel, turn away bolts and remove a basket. The description of dismantling of coupling is resulted in corresponding section. In a flywheel will screw a lock bolt (иллюстр.). Its position should be noted before knot dismantling.
15. Mark all covers шатунных bearings, since figure "1" from outside the pump of a cooling liquid.
Turn away bolts and remove a reception pipe of the oil pump.
16. If it is necessary to remove only a cranked shaft pistons with rods can remain in cylinders. Otherwise act in film both pistons, and rods as it is described in section the Head of cylinders and valves. If pistons and rods remain in the block of cylinders, mark in the order of a cover of rods and remove them together with loose leaves.
17. Measure an axial backlash of a cranked shaft.

ENGINE DOHC


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Fix the engine at the stand, turn away bolts and disconnect a beam of an engine mount from the block of cylinders.
2. If impellent oil is not merged yet, turn out a drain stopper and merge oil in capacity.
3. Remove the pallet картера and the oil pump as it is described in corresponding section. Thus it is necessary to take into consideration year of release of the car as after 1997 the design of the oil pump has been changed.
4. At the engine from 1997 of release remove подшипниковый the bridge and маслоотбойный sheet. The description of this work is resulted separately.
5. Keeping a screw-driver from проворачивания a gear wreath of a flywheel, turn away bolts of its fastening. In most cases boats turn away накидным a key without flywheel deduction. For this purpose накидной the key is established at right angle to a line passing through axes of a flywheel and a turned on bolt and blow by a hand is struck to it. For coupling deduction the steel plate with two drilled apertures is used. The plate fastens flywheel bolts to coupling. Prop up the engine and turn away bolts. Bolts at once will throw out since to use them it is impossible. Bolts tighten with the angular control.
6. Remove a gear belt and a head of cylinders (the separate description see).
7. In need of removal only a cranked shaft, pistons with a rod can remain in cylinders. Otherwise they should be taken out, as is described in section the Head of cylinders and valves. If pistons with rods remain in cylinders, mark covers of rods and remove, store them together with loose leaves. Thus it is necessary to replace shatunnye bolts.

Check of details of a cranked shaft


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully check up a cranked shaft on presence of damages and measure diameters шатунных and radical necks. Шатунные and radical necks can some times перешлифовываться then loose leaves of the reduced repair size can be used. In view of presence of various marks the choice of loose leaves is difficult enough. Therefore considered operation is better to execute in the conditions of a repair truck.
2. Establish a cranked shaft in the lathe centres (or in prisms pins) and check up the indicator palpation of an average radical neck. Palpation should not exceed 0.03 mm. In case of excess of the specified size the cranked shaft is replaced. In case of absence of the indicator the cranked shaft can be laid with well cleared loose leaves in the block of cylinders and to measure palpation of an average neck by the indicator (see иллюстр.).
3a. Measure backlashes radical and шатунных bearings:
– Carefully clear loose leaves and establish them in beds of the block of cylinders or rods.
– Lay pieces of a plastic wire "Plastigage" on all radical necks, as is shown in иллюстр. 3а, also close necks covers of bearings with loose leaves.
Tighten bolts of fastening of covers the established moment. Thus it is not necessary to turn a cranked shaft.
3b. – for the control of backlashes in шатунных bearings establish rods on necks of a cranked shaft and from above lay pieces of a plastic wire "Plastigage". Close necks covers of rods and tighten the established moment of a nut of fastening. It is thus inadmissible проворачивание a cranked shaft. Therefore measurement is carried out only for two шатунных the necks which are in НМТ.
– Turn away bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings and шатунные bolts.
– By means of the calibre entering into the complete set "Plastigage" measure the maximum thickness of the flattened out wire (иллюстр. 3b). If the received size "Plastigage" leaves for the established limits, it is necessary to establish new loose leaves 3подшипников. Thus it is necessary to reveal, whether were ground before a shaft neck.
– Turn a cranked shaft and measure a backlash in bearings of two others шатунных necks.

Installation of a cranked shaft


ENGINE OHC 2.0


If the cogwheel of gauge VMT of a cranked shaft acted in film, it is necessary to establish it into place and to fix bolts the moment of 13 Nanometers (from the middle of 1995 of release).

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At the established manual transmission, if necessary, replace directing bearing at an end face of a cranked shaft.
2. Wipe beds of bearings in the block of cylinders and lay in them according to marks loose leaves so that ledges of loose leaves have entered into grooves of beds. If the block of cylinders has come after polishing, new loose leaves are in most cases established.
They also should be marked. Loose leaves before packing plentifully oil.
3. Establish into place in the block of cylinders both persistent half rings. Lubricant flutes should be turned towards the block.
4. Cautiously lay a cranked shaft in radical bearings. If pistons with rods are in the block of cylinders, cautiously direct rods on шатунные necks of a cranked shaft.
5. Establish loose leaves in covers of radical bearings (ledges in grooves) and plentifully grease them.
6. Establish covers of bearings in nests of the block of cylinders and обстучите their rubber hammer. Covers should be established according to marks. Besides, the internal surface of forward and back covers outside, on the right and at the left should be greased with hermetic, as is shown in иллюстр. The surfaces shown by arrows are greased only. On outer sides of both covers there are flutes. They are filled with hermetic.

Instructions

After installation of covers once again запрессуйте from above hermetic so that it acted from grooves.


7. Tighten new bolts of fastening of covers from the centre to edges in the sequence shown on иллюстр. For some receptions by the moment of 50 Nanometers. After an inhaling for the set moment replace динамометрический a key with the lever and tighten bolts on a corner 40 – 50 . The illustration concerns engines of all types.
8. After installation of covers fill with sample hermetic on the right and to the left of the first cover so that hermetic has acted in places of contact to the block of cylinders (the instructions above see).
9. Turn some times a cranked shaft, having revealed possible jammings.
10. Once again check up an axial backlash, as it has been described at removal of a cranked shaft (see иллюстр. 8).
11. Establish shatunno-piston group as it has been described above.
12. Establish both epiploons.
13. Establish a cogwheel with шпонкой.
14. Put on a gear belt as it is described in Section a camshaft Drive.
15. Establish a flywheel (the corresponding subsection see) and fix its bolts. For deduction of a cranked shaft from проворачивания insert wooden брусок between a neck of a cranked shaft and a wall of the block of cylinders or keep a cranked shaft from проворачивания otherwise (иллюстр., for all engines).
16. According to marks establish coupling on a flywheel. Align in appropriate way a conducted disk of coupling. In regular intervals cross-wise tighten fastening bolts.
17. Establish the oil pump (with greasing system the Section of Work see the engine 2.4).
18. Establish the pallet картера, screw a drain stopper and tighten its moment of 55 Nanometers. Now, if necessary, it is possible to fill in impellent oil in the engine.
19. Other details establish in sequence, return to removal.

ENGINE OHC OF 2.0 L FROM THE MIDDLE OF 1995 OF RELEASE

Installation of a cranked shaft in this case is carried out to similarly resulted description taking into account the following:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Fill flutes on an outer side of a back cover of the radical bearing with hermetic. After cover installation enter from above hermetic once again so that it acted from a groove. The places shown on иллюстр., at the engine with hermetic any more are not greased.
2. Bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings tighten the moment of 50 Nanometers and from this position tighten on a corner 45 and then for 15 . For this purpose it is expedient to use the graduated scale, as is shown in иллюстр.
3. Establish подшипниковый the bridge and маслоотбойный sheet as it is described in section "greasing System".
4. Establish the oil pump and the pallet картера as it is described in corresponding subsection.
5. Fix on the eye engine, tighten bolts the moment of 60 Nanometers.
6. Screw and tighten a drain stopper the moment of 45 Nanometers

ENGINE OHC OF 2.4 L

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Wipe beds of bearings in the block of cylinders and lay in them according to marks loose leaves so that ledges of loose leaves have entered into grooves of beds. If the block of cylinders has come after polishing, new loose leaves are in most cases established. They also should be marked. Loose leaves before packing plentifully oil.
2. Cautiously lay a cranked shaft in radical bearings. If pistons with rods are in the block of cylinders, cautiously direct rods on шатунные necks of a cranked shaft.
3. Establish loose leaves in covers of radical bearings (ledges in grooves) and plentifully grease them.
4. Establish covers of bearings in nests of the block of cylinders and обстучите their rubber hammer. Covers should be established according to marks. Besides, the internal surface of forward and back covers outside, on the right and at the left should be greased with hermetic, as is shown in иллюстр. The surfaces shown by arrows are greased only. On outer sides of both covers there are flutes (width about 6 mm). They are filled with hermetic.

Instructions

After installation of covers once again запрессуйте from above hermetic so that it acted from grooves.


5. Tighten by hand bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings from the middle to edges in the sequence shown on иллюстр. Before a definitive inhaling establish an epiploon of the back bearing as it is described in separate subsection. After that tighten bolts for some receptions in the established sequence the moment of 110 Nanometers.
6. After installation of covers fill with sample hermetic on the right and to the left of the first cover so that hermetic has acted in places of contact to the block of cylinders (the instructions above see).
7. Turn some times a cranked shaft, having revealed possible jammings.
8. Once again check up an axial backlash, as it has been described at removal of a cranked shaft (see also иллюстр. Point 5 here). For this engine the axial backlash should not exceed 0.152 mm.
9. Establish shatunno-piston group as it is described above.
10. Establish a flywheel, having paid attention to position of a fixing bolt and tighten bolts by hand. Keeping a gear wreath of a flywheel from проворачивания, in regular intervals tighten bolts of fastening by the moment of 60 Nanometers.
11. Establish coupling as it is described in corresponding section.
12. Напрессуйте an asterisk by means of a pipe (1) as it is shown on иллюстр. On a cranked shaft against the stop.
13. Establish one after another following parts: приводную a chain, a chain casing, the pump of a cooling liquid, a pulley, the fan with вязкостной муфтой. The description of the specified works is resulted separately.
14. In specified below sequence establish following parts: the pallet картера, heads of cylinders, the ignition distributor, the generator, the compressor (in the presence of the conditioner). Installation details are described in following sections.
15. Other parts establish in sequence, to return their removal.

ENGINE DOHC


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the cogwheel of gauge VMT of a cranked shaft acted in film, it is necessary to establish it into place and to fix bolts the moment of 13 Nanometers (from the middle of 1995 of release).
2. At a manual transmission if necessary replace directing bearing on the end of a cranked shaft.
3. Wipe beds of bearings in the block of cylinders and lay in them according to marks loose leaves so that ledges of loose leaves have entered into grooves of beds. If the block of cylinders has come after polishing, new loose leaves are in most cases established. They also should be marked. Loose leaves before packing plentifully oil.
4. Establish into place in the block of cylinders both persistent half rings. Lubricant flutes should be turned towards the block.
5. Cautiously lay a cranked shaft in radical bearings. If pistons with rods are in the block of cylinders, cautiously direct rods on шатунные necks of a cranked shaft.
6. Establish loose leaves in covers of radical bearings (ledges in grooves) and plentifully grease them.
7. Establish covers of bearings in nests of the block of cylinders and обстучите their rubber hammer. Covers should be established according to marks. Besides, the internal surface of forward and back covers outside, on the right and at the left should be greased with hermetic, as is shown in иллюстр. The surfaces shown by arrows are greased only. On outer sides of both covers there are flutes. They are filled with hermetic.

Instructions

After installation of covers once again запрессуйте from above hermetic so that it acted from grooves.


8. Tighten new bolts of fastening of covers from the centre to edges in the sequence shown on иллюстр., for some receptions by the moment of 50 Nanometers. After an inhaling for the set moment replace динамометрический a key with the lever and tighten bolts on a corner 45 . In summary tighten all bolts once again on a corner 15 .
9. After installation of covers fill with sample hermetic on the right and to the left of the first cover so that hermetic has acted in places of contact to the block of cylinders (the instructions above see).
10. Turn some times a cranked shaft for revealing of possible jammings.
11. Once again check up an axial backlash, as it has been described at removal of a cranked shaft (see also иллюстр. 8).
12. Establish shatunno-piston group as it has been described above. Covers tighten the moment of 35 Nanometers and then tighten on a corner 45 and once again on a corner 15 . Application of the graduated washer, as is shown in иллюстр For this purpose is recommended.
13. Establish both epiploons (see more low).
14. Establish a cogwheel with шпонкой.
15. Put on a gear belt as it is described in Section a camshaft Drive.
16. Establish a flywheel (the corresponding subsection see) and fix its bolts. For deduction of a cranked shaft from проворачивания insert wooden брусок between a neck of a cranked shaft and a wall of the block of cylinders or keep a cranked shaft from проворачивания otherwise (иллюстр., for all engines).
17. According to marks establish coupling on a flywheel. Align in appropriate way a conducted disk of coupling. In regular intervals cross-wise tighten fastening bolts.
18. For engines since 1997 of release establish подшипниковый the bridge and маслоотбойный sheet. The specified works are described in Section "greasing System".
19. Establish the oil pump (with greasing system the section of Work see the engine 2.4).
20. Establish the pallet картера, screw a drain stopper and tighten its moment of 45 Nanometers. Now, if necessary, it is possible to fill in impellent oil in the engine.
21. Other details establish in sequence, return to removal.

Epiploons of a cranked shaft

ENGINES OHC AND DOHC 2.0 L


After each removal of a cranked shaft forward and back epiploons should be replaced with the new. The special tool for this purpose is not required. Epiploons can be replaced without engine removal if in their area the oil leak is found out.
Flow a back epiploon can to be, for example, the reason of proslipping of coupling. The forward epiploon is in the case of the oil pump.

Removal of epiploons


For all engines the general instructions operate. Replacement of a forward epiploon is connected with removal of the case of the oil pump, since. There the epiploon is located. Corresponding instructions are resulted in Section "greasing System".

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For removal of a forward epiploon sharp оправкой punch an aperture in a metal ring of an epiploon, screw there саморез and pull out an epiploon flat-nose pliers as it is shown on иллюстр. All epiploons In a similar way can act in film.
2. For removal of a back epiploon it is necessary to remove a transmission, coupling and a flywheel. The epiploon acts in film in the way described above with the help самореза (see иллюстр. Point 1 here). Watch to damaging the block of cylinders.

Installation of epiploons


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease a working edge and an external surface of an epiploon with greasing and it is cautious запрессуйте an epiploon заподлицо with an external plane. It is possible to take advantage of the piece of a pipe established on external perimetre of an epiploon and clamped from above by a washer. Thus an epiploon it is possible запрессовать a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
2. Further it is necessary to operate according to the description of installation of the oil pump.
3. A back epiploon запрессовывается it is cautious by means of a hammer. Watch to damaging a working surface of an epiploon. Working and external surfaces oil or greasing. Запрессовывается an epiploon by means of a piece of a pipe of the corresponding diameter заподлицо with an external plane. Other parts are established in sequence, return to removal (a flywheel, coupling etc.)

ENGINE OHC OF 2.4 L


At this engine the forward epiploon is in a cover of the case of the mechanism of a drive of distribution, the back epiploon is in a back cover.

Replacement of a forward epiploon


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a cable of weight from the storage battery.
2. Remove a casing of the fan and hang up under крыльчаткой.
3. Remove the fan with вязкостной муфтой. The bolt of its fastening has the left carving (see the Head of System of cooling and heating).
4. Remove клиновой a belt of a drive of the oil pump of the generator as it is described in corresponding subsections. For easing of a tension of a belt ослабьте the tension device.
5. Remove a wheel of a cranked shaft, keeping a shaft from проворачивания (include transfer).
6. Remove a forward epiploon (1) by means of a screw-driver (2) from a cover of a drive of a camshaft, as is shown in иллюстр.
7. Grease консистентной with greasing a working surface of an epiploon and впрессуйте it against the stop in a cover. For this purpose there is a special tool. It is possible to take advantage also of a piece of a pipe (1) corresponding diameters, a washer and a bolt, as is shown in иллюстр.
8. Establish a pulley of a cranked shaft and, keeping a pulley from проворачивания, tighten a bolt of its fastening by the moment of 120 Nanometers.
9. Establish and pull клиновой a belt of a drive of the generator and the oil pump.
10. Establish the fan with вязкостной муфтой (the separate description see).
11. Establish a casing of the fan and connect the storage battery.

Replacement of a back epiploon


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a transmission (the corresponding section see).
2. Mark position of a directing bolt in a flywheel (it is designated by the letter "Р"). Keeping a flywheel from проворачивания (see иллюстр.), turn away bolts of fastening of a flywheel. Remove a flywheel.

3. Punch sharp оправкой an aperture in an epiploon, screw in it саморез and pull out an epiploon, as is shown in иллюстр.
4. Grease консистентной with greasing external and working surfaces of an epiploon and insert it into an aperture, as is shown in иллюстр. Запрессуйте an epiploon оправкой against the stop.
5. Establish and fix a flywheel, having paid attention to position of a directing bolt. In regular intervals on a circle press out bolts the moment of 60 Nanometers.
6. Establish coupling and a transmission.

Flywheel


The flywheel of considered engines fastens bolts directly to a back flange of a cranked shaft.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For flywheel removal block its screw-driver inserted into a gear wreath or by means of the doggie. To block a flywheel it is recommended in the way described for removal of a cranked shaft (see иллюстр.). The engine should be thus reliably fixed. Flywheel position mark before removal.

THE ENGINE OF 2.4 L


At this engine in a flywheel the directing bolt designated by the letter "Р" is established. Before отворачиванием fastening bolts mark position of a directing bolt. Its marks are shown on иллюстр. 2.

ENGINE OHC OF 2.0 L FROM THE MIDDLE OF 1995 OF RELEASE


At the car with the conditioner the flywheel of double weight is established. Its removal is similar to removal of a usual flywheel.

ENGINE DOHC


Flywheel fastening to similarly fastening of a flywheel of engine OHC of 2.0 l. At installation it is necessary to pay attention to installation time (see more low).

It is not necessary to use bolts of fastening of a flywheel the second time. New bolts tighten the set moment and tighten on a demanded corner.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease a carving of bolts with means for fixing "Loctite".
2. At first tighten bolts the moment of 65 Nanometers, and then tighten on a corner 30 – 45 . An inhaling of bolts should be carried out within 5 minutes (drying up time "Loctite").

THE ENGINE OF 2.0 L FROM THE MIDDLE OF 1995 OF RELEASE


Bolts of fastening of a flywheel the second time are not used. They at first are tightened for the set moment, and then twice tightened on the set corner. The inhaling should be executed within 5 minutes, including a tightening.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Bolts tighten in regular intervals on a circle the moment of 65 Nanometers.
2. Tighten boats on a corner 30 .
3. Once again tighten bolts on a corner 15 .

ENGINE OHC OF 2.4 L


Screw according to marks the fixing bolt shown on иллюстр. 10 and in regular intervals on a circle tighten bolts of fastening by the moment of 60 Nanometers.

ENGINE OHC 2.0 AND ENGINE DOHC FROM THE MIDDLE OF 1995 OF RELEASE


These engines under a flywheel have a cogwheel of the gauge of number of turns of the engine. The wheel acts in film only in case of replacement of a cranked shaft.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Bolts of fastening of a wheel tighten the moment of 13 Nanometers.

Gear wreath of a flywheel


The gear wreath for a drive of the engine напрессован also can be replaced by a starter with a flywheel.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For wreath removal it can be demanded having heated up to temperature 70 C. In this case work is expedient for executing in a repair truck.
If the frictional surface of a flywheel has teases, it is necessary to replace a flywheel.

Privodnoj disk of automatic transmission

With приводным a disk the same works, as with a flywheel are performed. The moments the same inhalings that are specified in last subsection. Bolts of fastening of a disk always replace with the new.

Replacement of the directing bearing


On the end of a cranked shaft the directing bearing is established. In case of damage of the bearing it is replaced on new (at a manual transmission).

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The bearing a stripper with application of a hammer with sliding brisk acts in film, see иллюстр.
In the presence of damages of the directing bearing it is necessary to check up a pin of a primary shaft of a transmission also.
The new bearing is greased with high-temperature greasing and напрессовывается оправкой in the end of a cranked shaft.
