THE GENERAL DATA

Rubber support of the engine are made by various firms. All support of the engine should be only one manufacturer. For replacement of suspension brackets the engine is necessary for raising the load-lifting mechanism, having unloaded on support. Engine lifting is carried out by capture for eyes of a head of cylinders. After that bolts and rubber support turn away are disconnected from arms and a bridge beam.
The moments of an inhaling of elements of fastening of an engine mount see Specifications.

ENGINE OHC OF 2.0 L FROM THE MIDDLE OF 1995 OF RELEASE


At this engine changes are made to a suspension bracket design. Forward support are shown on illustrations. For removal of support this engine also is necessary for raising.

Removal and installation of support are carried out as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn away bolts of fastening of support from a beam.
2. Turn away bolts of fastening of support from the chassis.
3. On the left side turn away bolts of fastening and remove the heat-shielding screen from an engine support.

Installation of support is carried out in sequence, return to removal. It is necessary to maintain the moments of an inhaling specified in Specifications.

Removal and installation of a back engine mount is carried out as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Bring a support (1) from below under a cross-beam of a transmission (2) and a transmission.
2. Turn away four bolts from an outer side of a cross-beam of a transmission and two nuts of fastening in the centre and remove a cross-beam.
3. Turn away bolts and remove elements of fastening of the muffler from an engine support.
4. Turn away two bolts of fastening of a suspension bracket to a transmission.

Installation of suspension brackets is carried out in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to maintain following moments of an inhaling:

Replacement of engine mounts and a transmission is made according to instructions for engine OHC from the middle of 1995 of release. Elements the same suspension brackets.
