Works on a steering drive
For separation of spherical hinges of a steering drive the special stripper is required. If in the text it is underlined "remove шаровый the hinge" that it means that is necessary to turn away a nut of fastening of a spherical finger and to take out it by means of a stripper.
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION МАЯТНИКОГО OF THE LEVER
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Turn away a nut and disconnect the pendular lever from an axis on an arm. For this purpose it is possible to take advantage двухзахватным of a stripper (removal the helmsman сошки see also). |
2. Turn away four bolts and the nuts of fastening shown on an illustration, and remove an arm маятникого the lever from the chassis. |

Installation
The pendular lever in sequence, by return to removal is established.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Bolts of fastening of an arm tighten the moment of 48 Nanometers, a fastening nut маятникого the lever the moment of 130 Nanometers. |
2. After installation check up a convergence of forward wheels and if necessary adjust (Section 2) see. |

STEERING СОШКА AND THE PENDULAR LEVER
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect average steering draught from маятникого the lever. |
|
2. Disconnect steering сошку from the steering mechanism, and the pendular lever from an arm axis. For this purpose it is applied двухзахватный a stripper. |
|
Are established steering сошка and the pendular lever as follows:
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Put on steering сошку a segment shaft. Thus it is necessary to pay attention to displacement of some шлицов of connection. |
2. Screw a nut and tighten its moment of 220 Nanometers. |
3. Put on an arm axis steering сошку and tighten a nut of fastening by the moment of 130 Nanometers. |
4. Connect with steering сошкой and the pendular lever average draught. |
The prevention Observe the inhaling moments! The nut of fastening the helmsman сошки fastens the moment of 110 Nanometers, a nut of the pendular lever the moment of 60 Nanometers.

5. Зашплинтуйте both nuts. |
6. Check up a convergence of wheels according to section 2 instructions. |

REPLACEMENT OF EXTERNAL STEERING DRAUGHTS AND TIPS OF STEERING DRAUGHTS
PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Ослабьте counternuts on lateral aspects of steering draught. The nut with the left carving has marks "L". The arrangement of nuts is shown on an illustration. |
2. Disconnect external steering draught from steering сошки and from average draught and remove steering draught. |
3. Having counted quantity of turns, turn away tips from steering draught. Write down the received quantity of turns. |
4. Disconnect steering draught from сошки and from the pendular lever and remove steering draught. |

External steering draughts and tips in sequence, by return to removal are established. Thus it is necessary to mean the following:
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Attach average bent for the helmsman сошке and to the pendular lever. The nut of fastening of the pendular lever is tightened by the moment of 60 Nanometers, a fastening nut сошки the moment of 110 Nanometers. Зашплинтуйте both nuts. |

2. Screw tips of steering draughts on the number of the turns which have been written down at removal, and measure steering draughts according to an illustration. |
3. Connect steering draughts to the left carving with average draught and tighten nuts. |
4. Fix сошку the moment of 110 Nanometers. |
|
5. Tighten counternuts of steering draughts the moment of 120 Nanometers. |
6. In summary check up a convergence of wheels and if necessary adjust. |
