The scheme of adjustment of position of a pedal of coupling

The pedal should occupy certain position on height. Pedal adjustment is carried out according to иллюстр. Value of height H should make 157 - 207 mm at the rug put on a floor. Without a rug the size decreases for 10 mm.
For height adjustment ослабьте a counternut of a rod (2) also adjust a rod. A counternut tighten the moment of 28 Nanometers.
Further the backlash "H2" is regulated. The counternut is for this purpose weakened and the persistent bolt (1) rotates. Value "H2" should make 0.5 - 1.0 mm. For check the pedal undertakes a hand and moves forward and back. After adjustment tighten a counternut the moment of 20 Nanometers.
The pedal course "H1" is in summary regulated. In the presence of a rug the course of a pedal against the stop in a floor should make 162 mm of a starting position.
After performance of all adjustments check up coupling work as it is described in Section Check of coupling without removal.
