Check of face palpation of a conducted disk

Check of planeness of a press disk

Check up press a disk and a basket on presence of damages or deformations. In the presence of damages the specified details replace in the complete set.
Check up, a condition of springs and шлицев a conducted disk. Greasy overlays of a conducted disk are not cleared. Such disk is replaced. Disk springs have different marks for various engines.
Coupling overlays check up on possibility of the further application. For this purpose by a calliper measure distance from a surface of a disk to heads of rivets. If the received distance less than 0.3 mm, a disk is replaced. It is recommended to replace also a disk if the distance is close to the specified.
For check of face palpation of its conducted disk насаживают on оправку or a primary shaft of a transmission also clamp in the lathe centres. Establish near to a disk the indicator and press its measuring core to an external edge of a disk (иллюстр.). Slowly turn a disk and read the indicator instrument. If it more than 0.4 mm, a disk is possible cautiously отрихтовать flat-nose pliers. Otherwise the disk is replaced.
Check up шлицевое connection of a conducted disk. For this purpose dress a disk on a primary shaft of a transmission, and take two fingers for an external edge. Turn a disk in one and other party. If the backlash exceeds 0.4 mm it specifies in deterioration шлицевого connections. Deterioration, as a rule, occurs in a disk.
Check up the internal ends диафрагменной springs. If traces of strong deterioration are visible, coupling is replaced in the complete set.
Tops of springs should be at one height with a difference no more than 0.5 mm. The pognutye ends can be corrected. For this purpose there is a special tool. It is possible to use for this purpose a steel lath with a cut. If tops of springs have deterioration of 0.3 mm, coupling also is replaced.
Put on a frictional surface of a press disk a steel ruler, as is shown in иллюстр., also measure щупом a backlash. If the backlash exceeds 0.3 mm, it is necessary to replace a coupling basket.
