THE GENERAL DATA

At performance described below works it is necessary to lift and establish a forward part of the car on supports. Keep in mind constructive differences depending on a year of release of the car.

Each end of the stabilizer fastens to the cross-section lever a connecting bar.


REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE BOTTOM CROSS-SECTION LEVER OF THE SUSPENSION BRACKET

Specified below work are described in corresponding subsections.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove торсион.
2. Disconnect the shock-absorber from the bottom cross-section lever.
3. Disconnect connecting bars from the bottom cross-section lever. It is carried out depending on a year of release of the car according to Section 4. Fastening details are shown on illustrations Fastening of the stabilizer of cross-section stability of the car to the middle of 1995 of release and Fastening of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to the cross-section lever of the car from the middle of 1995 of release.
4. Turn away a nut from a finger of the bottom spherical hinge at a rotary fist and disassemble connection with the help of a stripper.
5. Turn away two bolts and fastening nuts торсиона from the bottom cross-section lever.
6. Disconnect the bottom cross-section lever from the chassis. Each rubber plug of the cross-section lever fastens one bolt and a nut.

Installation

Installation is carried out as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the bottom cross-section lever on the chassis and fix both ends of the lever a bolt and a nut.
2. Preliminary tighten bolts of fastening of the lever by hand.
3. Attach directing hinge to the bottom cross-section lever and tighten a nut the moment of 140 Nanometers.
4. Combine an aperture in a bolt with a cut корончатой nuts and establish шплинт.
5. Establish a support торсиона on the bottom cross-section lever and fix two bolts and nuts.
6. Bolts tighten the moment of 116 Nanometers.
7. Establish the stabilizer of cross-section stability and the shock-absorber as it is described above. Keep in mind year of release of the car. Pay attention to fastening of a connecting bar to the bottom part.
8. Establish торсион on the cross-section lever and the chassis.
9. Tighten now bolts / of a nut of fastening of the cross-section lever.
10. Thus at first execute following measurement. Lift the cross-section lever so that the size shown on иллюстр., for the car to the middle of 1995 of release made 15 mm, and for the car from the middle of 1995 of release of 25 mm. Carefully spend measurement. The rubber support should be correctly clamped.
11. Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of a forward axis of the lever of a suspension bracket the moment of 160 Nanometers, a back axis of the lever of a suspension bracket the moment of 200 Nanometers.
12. Other works spend to sequences, return to removal. In summary check up and if necessary adjust a road clearance.

REPLACEMENT OF PLUGS OF THE CROSS-SECTION LEVER OF THE SUSPENSION BRACKET

Plugs of the cross-section lever can be replaced. However removal and installation of plugs demands the special tool. It is recommended to carry out this work in a repair truck. Выпрессуйте plugs it is possible also by means of a corresponding pipe, a washer and a bolt. It is not necessary to hammer plugs, they should запрессовываться.

BOTTOM ШАРОВЫЙ THE HINGE OF THE CROSS-SECTION LEVER

For a detachment of the bottom hinge from a rotary fist take out шплинт, turn away a counternut and выпрессуйте the hinge from a rotary fist by means of a stripper. To the cross-section lever the hinge fastens four bolts and nuts.
New шаровый the hinge does not require greasing. Greasing is already entered into the hinge at factory.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At installation of the spherical hinge on the bottom cross-section lever for maintenance of density of connection carefully pull a protective cover on an edge of the case of the hinge.
2. In regular intervals tighten bolts of fastening of the hinge the moment of 105 Nanometers.
3. Запрессуйте the hinge in a rotary fist.
4. A nut of fastening of the hinge tighten the moment of 105 Nanometers.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE TOP CROSS-SECTION LEVER OF THE SUSPENSION BRACKET

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Bring under the bottom cross-section lever the garage or hydraulic lift.
2. Lift the lift so that the cross-section lever was slightly under loading.
3. Turn away a bolt and disconnect the holder of a brake hose from the top lever of a suspension bracket.
4. If is available ABS, disconnect from the suspension bracket lever also a cable of the gauge of angular speed of a wheel.

6. Disconnect the top cross-section lever from the inside from the chassis. Fastening is carried out by two bolts.

At removal of the cross-section lever mark adjusting washers of disorder and a corner of a longitudinal inclination of an axis of turn. At the left and on the right there can be a different number of washers. It is necessary to take it into consideration. The design of the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket at cars of a new series has been changed. It is necessary to pay attention to it also.

Installation

Installation of the top cross-section lever is carried out as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the cross-section lever with adjusting washers of disorder and a corner of a longitudinal inclination of an axis of turn. The cross-section lever in the centre has two ledges (from the middle of 1995 of release) which should be turned inside. The groove under шаровый the hinge There should be turned. The cross-section lever of earlier model has in the middle only one ledge.
2. Bolts of fastening of an axis of the lever of a suspension bracket tighten the moment of 155 Nanometers, a nut of the spherical hinge the moment of 105 Nanometers.
3. If position of an axis of the lever of a suspension bracket has been changed in relation to the lever that could be, for example, at replacement of plugs of the lever, it is necessary to establish again the size shown on иллюстр. 5.12 (15 mm to the middle of 1995 of release and 25 mm from the middle of 1995 of release).
4. After that nuts tighten the moment of 108 Nanometers.
5. Other works are spent to sequences, return to removal. Bolts of fastening of the holder of a brake hose / of the gauge tighten the moment of 28 Nanometers.

REPLACEMENT OF PLUGS OF THE CROSS-SECTION LEVER OF THE SUSPENSION BRACKET

Plugs of the cross-section lever can be replaced. For this purpose it is necessary to remove an axis of the lever of a suspension bracket. For replacement of plugs it is recommended to hand over the cross-section lever in a repair truck. Nuts at the left and on the right axis fastenings temporarily tighten by hand.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE SPHERICAL HINGE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Bring under the bottom cross-section lever the garage lift and prop up a suspension bracket.
2. Disconnect шаровый the hinge from the top party.
3. Disconnect шаровый the hinge.
4. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove шаровый the hinge from a suspension bracket cross-beam. On cars to the middle of 1995 of release the hinge fastens four bolts, on cars of later release by three bolts.

Installation

Installation of the spherical hinge is made in sequence, return to removal.

At an inhaling of bolts and fastening nuts maintain following moments:
If шаровый the hinge fastens four bolts the moment of their inhaling makes 33 Nanometers.
If шаровый the hinge fastens three bolts the moment of their inhaling makes 61 Nanometers.

1. Connect шаровый the hinge to a rotary fist.
2. A counternut tighten the moment of 105 Nanometers and зашплинтуйте.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE ROTARY FIST

Many from listed below works have already been earlier described and should be carried out according to the resulted instructions. As well as many details of a forward suspension bracket, a design of rotary fists at cars from the middle of 1995 of release has been changed. It is not necessary to confuse new details to the old.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove скобу from a rotary fist.
2. Adhere скобу a wire to the chassis.
3. Remove блокиратор naves (the corresponding description see).
4. Remove a nave (the corresponding description see).
5. Disconnect торсион. For this purpose turn away a bolt on the lever of adjustment of a road clearance.
6. If is available ABS, turn away a bolt of fastening of the gauge of angular speed and take out the gauge.
7. Turn away three bolts of fastening and remove a protective casing of a brake disk from a rotary fist.
8. Turn away a tip of steering draught from steering сошки and выпрессуйте it by means of a corresponding stripper. The similar stripper is shown on an illustration.
9. Disconnect the top and bottom spherical hinges from a rotary fist as it is described at dismantling of the cross-section lever.
10. Disconnect a rotary fist from suspension bracket levers.
11. Remove from a rotary fist a sealing ring and a washer.
12. From the interior of a rotary fist take out a sealing ring and the needle bearing. The hammer with sliding brisk and an adapter is for this purpose used.
11. Carefully clear all details.

Installation

Now it is possible to collect and establish again into place a rotary fist. The needle bearing, a washer and a sealing ring are established with the help оправки from within outside.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Fix a rotary fist to the top and bottom levers of a suspension bracket.
2. A nut on the top spherical hinge fix the moment of 105 Nanometers, on bottom the moment of 140 Nanometers.
3. Nuts зашплинтуйте.
4. Establish on a rotary fist a protective casing.
5. Connect a tip of steering draught with steering сошкой.
6. Establish a nave of a wheel and блокиратор naves according to instructions.
7. Other works execute in sequence, return to removal.
8. In summary adjust a road clearance as it is described above.
