1. Remove a transmission from the car (see Has undressed Removal and installation трансмиссионной assemblages).
2. Remove from an external surface картера Manual transmission traces of oil, greasing and a dirt.

3. Place transmission on assembly stand ST 499937100. |
4. Within the limits of preparation for assemblage pay attention to following moments:
a) Rotating parts before assemblage should be oiled;
b) All components are necessary for establishing strictly on the former places and in original positions;
c) Linings, lock washers and counternuts is subject to replacement without fail. For the purpose of prevention of development of leaks through interfaced surfaces it is necessary to use hermetic. |
