REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assemblage Manual transmission (see Has undressed Removal and installation трансмиссионной assemblages).
2. Remove a distributing box with the lengthening case (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a distributing box and transmission lengthening).
3. Remove картер transmissions (see Has undressed Removal, installation and condition check картера трансмиссионной assemblages).
4. Remove assemblage of a shaft of a leading gear wheel (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of assemblage of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer of a drive of forward wheels).
5. Remove assemblage of a primary shaft (see Has undressed Removal, service, installation and adjustment of primary shaft Manual transmission).
6. Remove assemblage of forward differential.

 Try not to mix external holders of the left and right roller bearings and not to damage epiploons of holders!

DISMANTLING

Differential box

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove spring lock rings and take elements of transfer of a twisting moment to the left and right power shafts.

 At assemblage both elements should be established strictly on the former places!

2. Release fixing 12 bolts and remove гипоидную a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer.

3. With the help выколотки ST 899904100 beat out from assemblage of differential a pin, - the pin is beaten out towards a conducted gear wheel.

4. Take an axis of satellites and internal components of differential (satellites, lateral gear wheels and washers).

5. By means of stripper ST 399527700 dismantle the ball bearing.


Lateral holders

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove sealing rings and epiploons.

 At assemblage epiploons are subject to replacement without fail!


2. Prepare for work stripper ST 398527700: расшплинтуйте also take шплинты, then remove captures.

B — Shplinty
C — Pins

3. Reliably fix two captures on an external holder of the bearing and establish stripper ST 398527700. Strongly fix two spindles on the lateral holder, then by means of pins fix captures to a stripper (do not forget to insert шплинты).

4. Having tracked, that stripper spindles have not dropped out of the holder, liberate from last an external holder of the bearing.

 The external holder of the bearing is replaced complete with the internal.

5. Operating in a similar manner, remove the bearing from the second holder.
6. Examine surfaces of sliding of a box of differential, check up a condition of all gear wheels of differential and the roller bearing on a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer. Defective components replace.

ASSEMBLAGE

Differential box

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish on the places in a differential box internal components and fill into place an axis of satellites.

 Washers should be established by the parties with the removed facets to satellites.


2. With the help циферблатного a measuring instrument плунжерного type ST2 49824700 with magnetic basis ST1 49824700 measure люфты gearings of satellites with lateral gear wheels of differential. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits a range 0.13 ÷ 0.18 mm, make corresponding updating by selection for the table of washers of a corresponding thickness resulted more low.

 

 At measurement track, that teeths of gear wheels were in gearing.

3. Achieve combination of apertures in an axis of satellites with apertures in a box of differential and establish into place a pin, having filled it from outside installations of a conducted gear wheel.

4. With the help оправки ST1 499277100 and nozzles ST1 499277101 plant in the differential case the roller bearing.

 The put landing effort should not exceed 10 arm (1 ton)! 12th bolts fix a conducted gear wheel, - the effort of a tightening of bolts makes 62 Nanometers.


Lateral holders

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Assemblage is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Epiploons are established with the help оправки ST1 49979700. Track, that NEW sealing rings have not appeared are excessively extended or overwound.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. By means of adaptation ST 499787000 plant in differential lateral holders.
2. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

 Try not to admit at installation of differential заворачивания sponges of epiploons. In order to avoid damage of epiploons wind шлицы elements of a drive of power shafts изоляционной with a tape!


Check and adjustment люфта gearings of gear wheels of the main transfer

CHECK

1. ADJUSTMENT

1. Adjustment люфта is made by rotation of the right holder by key ST 499787000.

 Turn of the holder on one tooth, leads to change люфта on 0.05 mm.

2. For reduction люфта ослабьте the right holder and on the same quantity of turns tighten the left. Easing of the left holder with pulling up of the right leads to increase люфта.
3. Being guided by an arrangement of stains of contact of teeths of gear wheels, pick up a demanded adjusting washer of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer.
