REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
2. Remove from the lever of a gear change the handle.
3. Remove the central console (the Body see the Head).

6. Turn out fixing bolts and remove from the panel of a floor a plate of the basis of lever assemblage.

7. Remove back section of system of release of the fulfilled gases with the muffler (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
8. Uncover a thermofilter.
9. Disconnect a rack from a transmission arm.
10. Liberate from the hinge and remove a rod.

11. Remove from the floor panel a rubber pillow.

12. Remove the hinge, then take подпружиненный a pin.

13. Lower the car on the earth.
14. Having pulled upwards, remove the gear change lever.

DISMANTLING

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release a wire clamp.

2. Liberate a rod from the lever.

3. Remove from plug B a spring lock ring, then disconnect a rack.

4. Remove from a rack the plug and a rubber pillow.

5. Remove sealing rings, and then disconnect plug B.
6. Take подпружиненный a pin and remove from the lever of a gear change plug A.
7. Carefully wipe all removed components and estimate degree of their deterioration, make sure of absence of signs of ageing of a material of rubber elements. Make the necessary regenerative repair, the failed components replace.

ASSEMBLAGE

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assemblage is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget to replace sealing rings, at installation of the prorate of the bottom support of the lever of switching grease internal and lateral surfaces of the plug with greasing of type NIGTIGHT LYW №2. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications and accompanying illustrations to Section "Dismantling" see).

2. In summary measure turning point of a rod concerning an axis of the bottom support of the lever. If the result of measurement exceeds limiting admissible value (0.7 Nanometers), перезатяните or replace nuts.

3. Make sure of smoothness of a course and absence excessive люфта components of the mechanism of a gear change.

INSTALLATION

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications and accompanying illustrations to subsection "Removal" see).
