REMOVAL

Boxes without an additional two-level reducer

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assemblage Manual transmission (see Has undressed Removal and installation трансмиссионной assemblages).
2. Remove a coupling pedal (Coupling see the Head).
3. Remove a distributing box with the lengthening case (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a distributing box and transmission lengthening).

4. Turn out bolts of fastening of bearings.

5. Remove a back plate of a primary shaft.

6. For the purpose of prevention of damage of epiploons wind изоляционной with a tape шлицы a drive of the right and left power shafts.

7. Having released coupling bolts and nuts, divide the transmission case into the left and right half.

8. Take from left полукартера transmissions assemblage of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer.

 In case of need hook assemblage resistant to extraction by the hammer handle.

9. Take assemblage of a primary shaft.

10. Take differential assemblage. Try not to mix external lock rings of the right and left roller bearings and not to damage an epiploon of the holder.


Models with an additional two-level reducer

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assemblage Manual transmission (see Has undressed Removal and installation трансмиссионной assemblages).
2. Remove a coupling pedal (Coupling see the Head).
3. Remove a distributing box with the lengthening case (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a distributing box and transmission lengthening).

4. Remove the holder of an entrance shaft.

5. Remove the gauge-switch of modes «Hi/Lo» (see Has undressed Removal, installation and check of a condition of gauges-switches).

6. By means of special выколотки ST 398791700 take a fixing pin and remove the executive lever of switching «Hi/Lo».

7. Remove a back plate of a primary shaft.
8. For the purpose of prevention of damage of epiploons wind изоляционной with a tape шлицы a drive of the right and left power shafts.
9. Having released coupling bolts and nuts, divide the transmission case into the left and right half.
10. Take from left полукартера assemblage of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer.

At hard landing take advantage, for example, of the hammer handle.


11. A few having raised assemblage of a primary shaft, remove switch "Hi/Lo" plug together with its shaft and a washer.

 In case of need hook assemblage resistant to extraction by the hammer handle.

12. Take assemblages of primary and entrance shaft.

 Entrance and primary shaft separate from each other, - do not drop components!

13. Take differential assemblage. Try not to mix external lock rings of the right and left roller bearings and not to damage an epiploon of the holder.
14. Attentively study both sections картера on presence of cracks, damages and signs of development of leaks of oil.

INSTALLATION

Models without an additional two-level reducer

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The rags moistened in gasoline carefully wipe interfaced surfaces полукартеров transmissions, completely having removed from them traces of greasing, oil and mud adjournment.
2. Establish assemblage of forward differential.
3. Establish assemblage of a primary shaft. Establish the needle bearing, having tracked pin hit картера in a reception aperture.
4. Establish assemblage of a shaft of a leading gear wheel. Establish the needle bearing, having tracked pin hit картера in a reception aperture.
5. Put hermetic of type Three Bond 1215 on an interfaced surface and press to each other полукартеры transmissions, - track, that between полукартерами have not appeared adjusting washers of a leading gear wheel of a reverse gear and the holder of an entrance shaft are clamped. Make sure that the speedometer gear wheel has entered in the correct image into gearing.
6. Operating strictly in a certain order, tighten with demanded effort of 17 coupling bolts.

 Bolts are entered from below, nuts наворачиваются from above.

6. Tighten with demanded effort (29 Nanometers) bolts of fastening of the ball bearing of a shaft of a leading gear wheel.

7. Adjust люфт gearings гипоидного wheels and a pretightness of the roller bearing, - take advantage of special lock adaptation ST 498427100.

8. Put transmission by a left-hand side downwards and establish cargo ST1 399780104 on a cup of the bearing and by means of key ST2 499787000 screw below in left полукартер transmissions the holder. Connect to a pin of a primary shaft handle ST3 499927100, include 4th or 5th transfer and some times turn a shaft. Turning a shaft the handle, roll the holder till the moment of occurrence of a weakness in resistance поворачиванию key ST2 testifying to an input гипоидного of a wheel in gearing with a leading gear wheel of the main transfer. For a guarantee of maintenance of a normal stain of contact of gear wheels repeat the described procedure some times.

9. Remove cargo ST1 and, without establishing a sealing ring, screw the holder in right полукартер transmissions, - continue to roll the holder till the moment of occurrence of resistance.

10. Establish a lock plate and for the purpose of maintenance demanded люфта gearings, on 1.5 teeth of a plate release the bottom holder, on туже size having tightened the top.

Perevorachivanie plates leads to displacement of teeths for 1/2 lengths of a tooth.

12. Temporarily tighten both lock plates and mark position of holders concerning plates.
13. Turning a primary shaft, slightly обстучите the holder a hammer with soft the brisk.
14. Check up and adjust люфт gearings and a stain of contact of teeths гипоидной gear wheels (see Has undressed Removal, service, installation and adjustment of forward differential), then remove a lock plate.

41 Having released the holder, plant in opened reception flute a sealing ring, then return the holder in former position and tighten with demanded effort a lock plate. Repeat the described procedure for the second holder.

42 Pick up a back plate of a primary shaft (see Has undressed Removal, service, installation and adjustment of primary shaft Manual transmission).
43 Further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.


Models with an additional two-level reducer

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components taking into account the features described in subsection, devoted to installation картера трансмиссионной assemblages on models without a two-level reducer.
