The general informationThe structure of an electric equipment of the engine includes components of systems of ignition, a charge and start. Whereas the given systems have a direct bearing on engine work, they are considered separately from an other onboard electric equipment (such as alarm and lighting fires, monitors, etc.), to placing, a design and to which principles of functioning the Chapter the Onboard electric equipment is devoted. Management of functioning of system of ignition is carried out under control ECM, - principles of functioning of a control system are considered by the engine in the Head of the Power supply system and release.
In order to avoid risk of failure of semi-conductor elements, and also for the purpose of reception prevention элеткротравм, at service of components of systems of an electric equipment it is necessary to observe special safety measures. Remember that the generator and a starter directly are connected to the battery and in case of an overload or short circuit can become a cause of the fire. Performing works on service of the components located in an impellent compartment, try not to touch moving elements (крыльчатка the fan, приводные belts, etc.), clean hair, working clothes clasp on all buttons.
Starting electric equipment service, necessarily remove a watch, rings and other metal ornaments. Even at the disconnected battery the category of condensers at casual grounding of their plugs can lead to reception of an electric shock or a strong burn.
Do not suppose polarity infringement at battery connection. In structure of such components as the generator, electronic blocks of management and so forth enter semi-conductor elements which can be put out of action at wrong connection of wires.

Never disconnect electroconducting from the battery, the generator or the diagnostic equipment at the working engine.
Do not suppose проворачивания the engine of the disconnected generator.
At all do not make stock-taking of target pressure of the generator by grounding of its plugs.
Do not apply to conductivity stock-taking in a chain the ohmmeters equipped manual dynamo-car.
At performance of any works on electric equipment service watch, that the negative wire has been disconnected from the battery.
Before use of electroarc welding without fail disconnect the battery, the generator and such components, as ECM systems of a food/ignition in order to avoid risk of their damage.
