1. Grease bearings and manually estimate smoothness and noiselessness of their rotation, check up bearings on presence of signs of excessive deterioration, traces of development of corrosion. Defective components replace.
2. Estimate degree of deterioration of components of differential, defective assemblage replace. |

The interaxal differential is not subject to dismantling and in case of damage of internal components is replaced in gathering. |
|
|
1. By means of special adaptation ST 498077300 remove the ball bearing of interaxal differential.
|
|
The removed bearing is not subject to a reuse and should is replaced without fail! |
|
|
|
2. Landing of the new bearing is made by means of approaching оправки.
|
|
The put landing effort should not exceed 10 кН (1 ton)! |
