Replacement of the module of ignition DIS (from the middle of 1995 of release)

The module is from an underside of the engine near to a forward wall (see иллюстр. Chapters 3).

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect from the module a cable with the tip.
2. Turn away a bolt and release a collar of cables on the holder.
3. Turn away a bolt of fastening of the module of ignition from картера a camshaft. A bolt крепит also an eye of lifting of the engine. Turn on from a head of cylinders the second bolt and take out the ignition module upwards. Pay attention to how the block is established. Its installation is shown on иллюстр. In summary расстыкуйте штекерное connection at the module also turn away four bolts (near to cable connections), having disconnected the module from the holder.
4. Installation of the module of ignition is made in sequence, to return its removal. Bolts of fastening of the holder to the block of cylinders tighten the moment of 15 Nanometers. Turn for a way of joining of cables of ignition (иллюстр.). Ignition cables have digital marks according to which they join the ignition module.

The pulse gauge is in a place shown on иллюстр. For its removal it is necessary to remove клиновой a belt and демпфер крутильных fluctuations. The engine should be lifted the load-lifting mechanism for a possibility of a detachment of one of support. Further following operations are carried out:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a cable casing from a protective cover of a gear belt.
2. Check up, how the cable plait of the gauge on a back cover of a gear belt is laid and disconnect a cable.
3. Suspend the engine on the load-lifting mechanism and disconnect an engine mount from the corresponding party.
4. Disconnect a collar of a suspension bracket from the block of cylinders and turn out the gauge together with a sealing ring from the block of cylinders.
5. Screw the new gauge with a sealing ring and tighten its moment of 6 Nanometers.
6. Other works on installation carry out in sequence, return to removal. An engine mount collar fix the moment of 60 Nanometers, nuts of a rubber support the moment of 40 Nanometers. Pay attention to a correct lining of a cable plait. Keeping a cranked shaft from проворачивания, tighten bolts демпфера крутильных fluctuations by the moment of 20 Nanometers.
Put on клиновой a belt as it is described in the Head of System of cooling and heating.

Replacement of the gauge of a detonation


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a forward part of the car on supports. Remove the bottom protective sheet (if it is available) under the car.
2. Расстыкуйте штекерное connection of the gauge (1) on иллюстр. On an illustration tip position is shown at the removed engine (near to a starter).
3. Turn out the gauge of a detonation from the block of cylinders.
4. Carefully clear a contact surface of the gauge. Screw the gauge in the block of cylinders and tighten its moment of 20 Nanometers.
5. Other works on installation are spent to sequences, return to removal.
