THE GENERAL DATA

At performance described below works the back part of the car should be lifted and reliably fixed on supports. Wheels if necessary act in film.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE SCREW SPRING

Removal and installation of the back bridge

1 - fastening of a cable of a drive of a lay brake
2 - a connecting bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability
3 - a nut of fastening of the shock-absorber

Removal and installation of a screw spring is carried out according to an illustration.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At first it is necessary to disconnect clips (1) and to remove cables of a lay brake.
2. Turn away a nut of a connecting bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability (2).
3. Then the nut (3) turns away, the washer from a finger acts in film and the shock-absorber from the bridge acts in film.
4. For this purpose the bridge is necessary for raising, having unloaded the shock-absorber.

Instructions

At lifting and the further lowering of the bridge it is necessary to watch that have not been tense a brake hose, a ventilation hose картера or cables of a lay brake.
5. Lower the bridge on the lift so that it was possible to take out a spring and the top isolating lining.

Installation

The screw spring as follows is established:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a spring with an isolating lining on a bridge support.
2. Slowly raise the bridge (work of the assistant), watching correctness of installation of a spring above and below.
3. Now lift the bridge so that the spring has sat down above on the place.
4. Establish on the bridge the shock-absorber.
5. A nut (3) наворачивается with a washer.
6. Fix nuts connecting bars (2).
7. Cables of a lay brake are fixed on the longitudinal lever скобами (1) and bolts (9 Nanometers).

REMOVAL AND SHOCK-ABSORBER INSTALLATION

Removal and shock-absorber installation at screw springs of a suspension bracket does not represent complexity.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For this purpose it is necessary to raise the bridge the lift so that shock-absorbers were a little compressed.
2. After that disconnect the shock-absorber in the top and bottom part (a bolt above and a nut below) and remove it.
3. Shock-absorber fastening in the bottom part is shown on an illustration. Fastening in the top part is similar.
4. For shock-absorber check clamp it vertically for the bottom eye in a vice.

Installation

The shock-absorber in sequence, by return to removal is established. However here it is necessary to have in view of the following:
Do not suppose hit of any greasing on rubber plugs of the shock-absorber.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Screw nuts and bolts and tighten them by hand.
2. Establish and fix back wheels.
3. Lower the car.
4. The nut of fastening of the shock-absorber in the bottom part is tightened by the moment of 80 Nanometers, a fastening bolt in the top part the moment of 105 Nanometers.
5. Do not forget to tighten bolts of fastening of a brake drum to a semiaxis flange.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE LONGITUDINAL LEVER OF THE SUSPENSION BRACKET

Works are carried out according to an illustration.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take out скобу (1) and disconnect a cable of a lay brake.
2. Disconnect the longitudinal lever from the chassis and the back bridge. One of bolts of fastening of the lever (2) is shown on an illustration. The second bolt is on other end of the lever.

Installation

The longitudinal lever in sequence, by return to removal is established. The lever has a plate of fastening of a cable of a lay brake. The plate at installation should be closer to the bridge.

Watch that oil on rubber plugs and the interfaced details of the lever has not got.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Bolts and nuts of fastening from both parties fix at first by hand.
2. Lower the car on wheels and tighten nuts and bolts from both ends the moment of an inhaling of 165 Nanometers.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE AVERAGE LEVER

Details of fastening of the average lever are shown on an illustration.

Removal

The lever acts in film as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn away a bolt of fastening (2) and disconnect from the average lever cable ABS.
2. Turn away a bolt of fastening (3) and remove from the chassis the tip and the holder of a cable of gauge ABS.
3. Turn away a bolt and a nut of fastening (1) on the bridge both the same bolt and a nut on the other hand and take out the average lever.

Installation

At installation of the average lever keep in mind the following:

Do not suppose contact of rubber plugs and the details interfaced to them to any greasing.

Bolts and nuts of fastening of the average lever tighten after car lowering on wheels at its normal loading that will provide correct preliminary loading of plugs. Both bolts and both nuts have the identical moment of an inhaling.

The average lever is established as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect the lever to the bridge and the chassis and insert bolts. Keep in mind that the arm on the lever specifies in the right party of the car.
2. Fix the tip and the holder of a cable of gauge ABS on the chassis and a gauge cable on the average lever. The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening makes 26 Nanometers.
3. Lower the car on wheels and tighten both connections of the lever by the moment of 165 Nanometers.

REPLACEMENT OF PLUGS OF AVERAGE AND LONGITUDINAL LEVERS OF THE SUSPENSION BRACKET

For replacement old plugs выпрессовываются, and new запрессовываются. It is recommended to hand over levers for replacement of plugs in a repair truck.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE CROSS-SECTION JET BAR AND RUBBER PLUGS

The cross-section jet bar acts in film according to an illustration.

Before removal it is recommended to familiarise with a design of fastening of draught attentively.

Do not suppose contact of rubber plugs of draught and the details interfaced to it to any greasing. Draught fastening is tightened after car lowering on wheels.

The fastening nut is tightened by the moment of 80 Nanometers, a bolt and a nut the moment of 165 Nanometers.

Replacement of plugs is carried out on a press. Thus do not apply any greasing.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE STABILIZER OF CROSS-SECTION STABILITY

The connecting bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability is visible in the illustration centre.

For removal the back part of the car should be lifted. Bolts of fastening of a connecting bar and a bar turn away is taken out. Four bolts of fastening (2 bolts on each support) bars of the stabilizer further turn away and the bar acts in film.

The stabilizer of cross-section stability in sequence, by return to removal is established. Bolts of fastening of the stabilizer tighten the moment of 22 Nanometers.

CHECK OF LEVEL OF OIL IN THE BACK BRIDGE
