THE GENERAL DATA

All works spent with considered type of a suspension bracket are more low described. At carrying out of the majority of works the back part of the car should be lifted and put on supports. If necessary remove wheels.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF SHEET SPRINGS

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Bring the lift under the back bridge, lift the bridge so that shock-absorbers were compressed and turn away a nut of their fastening from below.

2. Remove shock-absorbers from support.

3. Turn away a nut, remove washers and a step-ladder.

4. Remove a lining of a step-ladder and raise the bridge so that it was possible to bring a support under the bridge outside of a spring.

5. Turn on in a back part of a spring болтовое connection of a cheek of a spring and a suspension bracket and release springs.

6. Ask the assistant to take a spring, turn away a nut and take out a support finger in a forward part of a spring.

7. Now it is possible to beat out a spring.

If necessary it is possible to replace the Rezinometallichesky plug of a forward eye of a spring. For this purpose the old plug выпрессовывается, and new запрессовывается. Can be replaced also and other rubber elements of fastening of a spring.

Installation

Spring installation is carried out as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Put a spring in front to the bridge and insert a finger.
	2. Establish back fastening of a spring with new rubber plugs. Knot details are shown on an illustration.
3. Plugs and a cheek grease with greasing for rubber.
4. Spring fastenings in front and behind tighten while by hand. The definitive inhaling is carried out after car lowering on wheels.
5. Lower the bridge on a spring and insert центровой a bolt.
	6. Put a step-ladder and establish all details shown on an illustration.
7. Nuts tighten after car lowering on wheels.
8. Establish the shock-absorber on a step-ladder lining.
9. A nut tighten by hand.
10. Lower the car on wheels and tighten all connections by the moments specified more low.
11. In summary tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel the established moment of an inhaling.

REMOVAL AND SHOCK-ABSORBER INSTALLATION

Removal and shock-absorber installation at sheet springs does not represent complexity. For this purpose it is necessary to raise the bridge the lift so that shock-absorbers were a little compressed. After that disconnect shock-absorbers in the top and bottom part and remove it.

For shock-absorber check clamp it vertically for the bottom eye in a vice. Put forward and press the top part of the shock-absorber. Thus resistance should be felt. If in any places resistance is not felt, the shock-absorber should be replaced. In the presence of damages of the plug of the bottom eye of the shock-absorber last can be replaced.

The shock-absorber in sequence, to return its removal is established. Fastening nuts tighten the moment of 40 Nanometers.
