THE GENERAL DATA

Here supports have the same execution, as on forward wheels. Except for resulted below the description, other works are spent to similarly brake mechanism of forward wheels.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION BRAKE КОЛОДОК

SUPPORT INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

7. Remove polyethylene from a mouth of a jellied aperture of a tank of the main cylinder.
8. Add if necessary a brake liquid and wrap a tank stopper.
9. Other works are spent to sequences, return to removal.
10. Remove air from brake system as it is described more low.
11. After assemblage check up system on tightness.
12. Check up action of brake system in the course of car movement.

Before removal of a brake disk it is necessary for checking up on palpation, since. The disk can be deformed. The brake disk fastens a bolt with head Torx. However the bolt completely does not press a disk to a wheel nave. For maintenance full прилегания one of bolts of fastening of a wheel is rolled with the remote plug in a nave opposite to a bolt of fastening of a brake disk and clamps a nave. PERFORMANCE ORDER

2. Remove a brake disk and as it has been described in Section 2 adhere a support a wire to the chassis.
3. Turn out both bolts and disconnect directing from a brake disk.
4. Turn out a special key a fastening bolt in a face surface of a brake disk. The bolt has a head "Torx".
5. Remove a brake disk from a wheel nave. If necessary for this purpose it is possible to take advantage of a rubber hammer.

Before installation of a brake disk smooth out small наждачной a skin interfaced surfaces of a disk and a wheel nave. If the new brake disk is established, it is necessary for clearing of greasing.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a brake disk and обстучите its rubber hammer.
2. Screw and tighten a fastening bolt.
3. Check up a brake disk on palpation as it is described above.

REPLACEMENT OF THE CASING OF THE BRAKE DISK

Replacement of a casing of a brake disk by back wheels differs from the same operation on forward wheels owing to presence of a lay brake. Work is carried out in the image described more low. The description of separate operations is resulted in corresponding subsections.

1. Remove a brake support.
2. Remove a brake disk.
3. Remove details of a lay brake.
