THE GENERAL DATA

The valve of tap of the fulfilled gases (1) is from an engine underside. The hose of low pressure joins the union (2).

The block рециркуляции the fulfilled gases

Consists of the electromagnetic valve (1) and devices рециркуляции (2).

The system рециркуляции the fulfilled gases includes the mechanical valve of tap of the fulfilled gases, in one knot with which there is an electromagnetic valve. Besides there are channels of tap of the fulfilled gases. The system is regulated by the block of management of the engine. The arrangement of system for the engine of 2.0 l is shown on the first иллюстр. At the engine of 2.2 l the system of regeneration of the fulfilled gases is located similarly from an underside of a head of cylinders.
The system рециркуляции the fulfilled gases works as follows:
Depending on service conditions the engine management block includes the electromagnetic valve that in turn leads to pressure decrease on the gate of tap of the fulfilled gases. The gate thus opens. The certain quantity of the fulfilled gases arrives on an engine input, mixing up with soaked up air.
The fulfilled gases reduce the oxygen maintenance in soaked up air that leads to decrease in temperature of combustion in cylinders. Decrease in temperature of combustion reduces the maintenance harmful оксидов nitrogen in the fulfilled gases.
If the electromagnetic valve or the pipeline between the valve and the management block fails, on the panel of devices the signalling device lights up. Character of malfunction is defined on corresponding code in diagnostics block.
If malfunction has long character, the management block switches system рециркуляции to emergency operation.
