Preparation
|
|
|
1. Tyre out the car on the lift.
|
|
2. Lift the car and remove protection картера. |
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
4. Lower the car on the earth. |
|
Engines of 2.0 and 2.5 l
The right head of cylinders (cylinders №№ 1 and 3)
|
|
|
|
1. Remove the left cover of drive ГРМ. |
|
|
2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a bell of an air inlet to the panel передка. Remove an air inlet. |
3. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove резонаторную the chamber of an inlet air path.
4. Disconnect electroconducting from spark plugs of cylinders №№ 1 and 3.
5. Disconnect a hose of system of ventilation картера (PCV) from a cover of the right head of cylinders.
6. Turn out fixing bolts and uncover the right head. |

The left head of cylinders (cylinders №№ 2 and 4)
|
|
|
|
1. Remove the storage battery with the holder. |
|
|
2. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the tank of a liquid of washing of glasses. |
|
|
3. Disconnect electroconducting from pumps of giving of a washing liquid. |
|
|
4. Remove the tank and take him aside. |
5. Disconnect about covers of the left head of cylinders hose PCV.
6. Turn out fixing bolts and uncover the left head of cylinders. |
|
Engines of 3.0 l
The right head of cylinders
|
|
|
1. Remove an air cleaner with an air inlet sleeve.
2. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (the Section Replacement of belts of a drive of auxiliary units and replacement see).
|
|
3. Liberate from a basic arm a hose of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel (ГУР). |
|
|
4. Turn out bolts of fastening of an arm of the steering pump. |
|
|
5. Having pulled upwards, remove from a basic arm the tank of liquid ГУР. |
|
|
6. Without disconnecting from it hydraulic lines, take the steering pump aside and lay on a mudguard of the right wing, preliminary having spread rags. |
|
|
7. Remove the screen of protection of the right branch of a fuel path. |
|
|
8. Disconnect electroconducting from fuel injectors. |
|
|
9. Disunite a contact socket of electroconducting of a forward ljambda-probe. |
|
|
10. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of pressure of impellent oil.

11. Remove ignition coils. |

The left head of cylinders
|
|
|
1. Remove the storage battery.
|
|
2. Turn out bolts of fastening of the tank of a liquid of washing of glasses. |
|
|
3. Disconnect electroconducting from pumps of giving of a washing liquid. |
|
|
4. Remove and put aside the tank of a liquid of washing of glasses. |
|
|
5. Disconnect from a cover of the left head of cylinders hoses of system of ventilation картера (PCV) and purges. |
|
|
6. Remove the screen of protection of the right branch of a fuel path. |
|
|
7. Disconnect electroconducting from fuel injectors and a forward ljambda-probe. |
8. Remove ignition coils.
9. Uncover the right head of cylinders. |

Measurement клапанных backlashes
Engines of 2.0 and 2.5 l
|
|
|
|
1. For engine reduction in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression of the piston of the first cylinder arm with a special head (ST 499977300 [l models 2.0]/ST 499977100 [l models 2.5]) and turn a cranked shaft clockwise so that the cogwheel of the left camshaft was developed put on it стрелочной by marks upwards.

2. With the help probeа лезвийного type (A) measure size of backlashes of valves of the first cylinder, - watch, that the edge probeа was entered in parallel face a valve core. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications, in case of need make corresponding updating (the Engine see the Head).

The size of a backlash of the final valve is made on the car lifted over the earth. |

|
3. Operating in a similar manner, make measurement of backlashes of valves of the remained cylinders as 3 — 2 — 4, - each time turn a cranked shaft on 90 ° clockwise for the purpose of reduction of the corresponding piston in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression. |
|
|
Engines of 3.0 l
|
|
|
|
1. By means of special tool ST 18252AA000 turn a cranked shaft clockwise so that cams of camshafts of a drive of corresponding valves have appeared are developed by heels to adjusting washers клапанных backlashes, and working ledges outside.
|
|
|
2. With the help probeа лезвийного type measure size клапанных backlashes of inlet and final valves, - watch, that the edge probeа was entered in parallel a surface of an adjusting washer. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications, in case of need make corresponding updatings by selection of adjusting washers (the Engine see the Head). |
3. Operating in a similar manner, check up backlashes of valves of the remained cylinders, - turn a cranked shaft only in a direction clockwise. |

|
Having finished check/adjustment, establish into place all removed components - operate in an order, the return to an order of their dismantle (fixture tighten with demanded effort). |
