Removal and installation

1. Tyre out the car on the lift.
2. Translate the selector lever in position «N».
3. Lift the car.
4. Remove reception, central and back section of system of release of the fulfilled gases in gathering with the muffler (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
5. Uncover a thermofilter.
6. Take шплинт and remove a washer from fastening knot drive a cable to the executive lever of a choice of ranges.
7. Remove assemblage of a plate from the transmission case.
8. Disconnect a cable from the lever of the selector and remove a basic arm of a cable.
9. Remove a cable of the selector from plate assemblage.
10. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort. In summary adjust a cable of the selector and check up serviceability of functioning of the lever of the selector. |

CHECK
|
|
|
1. Check up a cover condition тросовой assemblages and, make sure of absence of traces of development of corrosion of the core, estimate smoothness of a course of the removed cable, in case of need make replacement тросовой assemblages.
2. Translate the lever of the selector from position «P» in position «1». In each position the lever should be fixed, - in case of need make cable adjustment (see further). |

ADJUSTMENT
|

|
1. Establish the selector lever in position «N».
2. Remove back section of system of release of the fulfilled gases in gathering with the muffler (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
3. Uncover a thermofilter.
4. Release adjusting nuts And.
|
|
5. Rotate an adjusting nut In while it will not concern a connecting link. |
6. Keeping an adjusting nut In from rotation by the second key, tighten an adjusting nut And with demanded effort (7.5 nanometers).
7. Make sure of serviceability of functioning of the lever of the selector.
8. Establish the removed components, operating in an order, the return to an order of their dismantle.
