Removal, installation and check of a condition of lines of a path of cooling ATF

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tyre out the car on the lift.
2. Remove the storage battery and the tank of a liquid of washing of glasses (the Body see the Head).
3. Lift the car.
4. Remove protection картера (the Body see the Head).
5. Disconnect a hose of a path of cooling ATF from a radiator.

 Do not hook a hose the pointed subjects! In case of occurrence of difficulties wind the end of a hose with rags and after прокручивания flat-nose pliers, remove his hands.

6. Disconnect hoses of a path of cooling ATF from tubes/transmissions.


Models 2.0 and 2.5 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the receiver a path of cooling ATF from a frame.

2. Remove inlet and final tubes маслоохладителя.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove локер protection of an arch of the left forward wheel (the Body see the Head).
2. Disconnect hoses of a path of cooling ATF from filter ATF.

3. Disconnect a tube of a path of cooling ATF from a frame.

4. Remove inlet and final tubes маслоохладителя.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort, and hoses have not been overwound or bent.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up places of connection of hoses to tubes, a radiator and transmission on presence of signs of development of leaks ATF.
2. Make sure of integrity and reliability of a tightening of collars.
3. Slightly bending hoses, check up them on presence of cracks and other damages.
4. To the touch estimate elasticity of hoses, especially in fixing places their collars.
5. Replace the failed components.
