Removal

The forward hatch

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Cast away a cover of the forward hatch in extreme top position.
2. Remove the panel of switches of management of functioning of the electric drive of the hatch (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).

3. Turn out two fixing bolts, remove decorative caps and give two nuts of assemblage откидывания covers.

4. Accurately uncover the hatch.

The back hatch (model Legacy of Universal/Outback)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Completely close a cover of the back hatch, sun-protection шторку, on the contrary, open.

2. Remove decorative caps and give fixing nuts.

3. Accurately uncover the hatch.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - track correctness of landing of a cover.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Release adjusting nuts of a cover and adjust height of position of a cover by selection established between a cover and the panel of a roof of adjusting linings, - standard quantity of washers: one, the maximum admissible: 2.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove a ceiling upholstery (see Has undressed Removal and installation of elements of internal furnish).
3. Remove a glass cover of the hatch (see above).
4. Disconnect from a frame a drainage tube.

5. Release clamps of fastening of a plait of electroconducting салонного the fixture.

6. Disunite a contact socket of electroconducting, then uncover drive the electromotor.

7. Remove forward and back arms of a frame.

8. Give fixing nuts and remove a frame.

The forward hatch

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove a ceiling upholstery (see Has undressed Removal and installation of elements of internal furnish).
3. Remove a glass cover of the hatch (see above).
4. Release clamps of fastening of a plait of electroconducting салонного the fixture.

5. Give fixing bolts/nuts, release clamps and remove a frame of the forward hatch.

The back hatch

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. Remove a glass cover of the hatch (see above).
4. Disconnect from a frame drainage tubes.
5. Disunite a contact socket of electroconducting of a drive of the hatch.
6. Remove arms.
7. Give fixing bolts/nuts and remove a hatch frame.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove an emphasis of directing runners.

2. Liberate from a frame sun-protection шторку.

The back hatch (model Legacy of Universal/Outback)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out screws of fastening of an arm drive the electromotor.
2. Remove an emphasis of directing runners, then remove assemblage drive the electromotor, having pulled it in the direction specified in illustrations.

3. Liberate from a frame sun-protection шторку.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assemblage is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

2. Connect to sun-protection шторке the hatch a dynamometer (enclose under a hook of a measuring instrument rags) and measure resistance шторки to displacement. If the result of measurement exceeds limiting admissible value (24.5 ± 4.5), check up correctness of installation of components and make necessary corrections.

Cтрагивание шторки from a place can occur to a little big resistance, therefore indications should act in film in the course of displacement.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track reliability of fixing of a contact socket of electroconducting and density of landing of drainage tubes, - the tube should stretch on the union not less than on 15 mm.

Try not to damage at extraction of clamps a ceiling upholstery!

The forward hatch

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Completely close a hatch cover.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Uncover the hatch (see above)

4. Make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels on directing, - in case of need make corresponding updating.

5. Remove a ceiling upholstery (see Has undressed Removal and installation of elements of internal furnish).
6. Uncover the electromotor.
7. Disconnect electroconducting, turn out fixing screws and remove assemblage drive the electromotor.

The back hatch (model Legacy of Universal/Outback)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a lantern of illumination of a luggage space.
2. Remove back top hand-rail.
3. Remove the top overlay, the basic and top sections of the back lateral panel of furnish, and also the top cross-section panel of furnish.
4. Accurately having released the clamp lock, uncover and, having pushed in a pocket in a ceiling upholstery, liberate from an opposite side equipped замковой скобой the basic section of the central seat belt of a back seat.
5. Take clamps and unbend downwards back edges of a ceiling upholstery.

6. Disunite a contact socket of electroconducting both turn out fixing screws and remove assemblage drive the electromotor.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

At all do not rotate a shaft of the removed electromotor!

1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - try not to shift a cable.

2. Check up correctness of combination of landing labels of assemblage of the electromotor.

3. Check up correctness of combination of landing labels of the directing.
4. Track reliability of fixing of a contact socket of electroconducting.
