1. After car hit in failure attentively examine panels of furnish of salon around installation of returnable devices of seat belts, - in case of revealing of cracks, and also at plastic decolouration replace assemblage of a seat belt with worked натяжителем.
2. Estimate a condition of electroconducting and contact sockets emergency натяжителей, in case of revealing of defects replace the damaged components.

1. Combine a back of a forward seat forward against the stop.
2. Shift seat assemblage forward against the stop.
3. Switch off ignition, disconnect a negative wire from the battery and wait not less than 20 seconds before to start seat belt removal.
4. Remove the bottom panel of furnish of the central rack (see Has undressed Removal and installation of elements of internal furnish).

5. Remove an arm.

6. Having wrung out a clamp uvula, also separate from a rack directing скобу seat belt tapes.

7. Remove a decorative cover, turn out a fixing bolt and remove from the central rack top анкерный knot of humeral section of a seat belt.

8. Unbend the carpet panel of a covering of a floor, disunite a yellow contact socket of electroconducting emergency натяжителя, then turn out анкерные bolts of fastening of assemblage of the returnable device and remove seat belt assemblage.

9. Disunite a contact socket of the gauge-switch of a control lamp «Fasten belts», turn out a fixing bolt and remove equipped with a buckle анкерный a collar from the interior of a seat frame.

1. Attentively study an assemblage condition натяжителя, - in case of revealing of signs of mechanical damages make replacement.
2. Check up a belt tape on presence of signs of a wipe, разрыхления a fabric basis and other defects, in case of need replace a belt.
3. Estimate a condition анкерного a collar, check up serviceability of functioning of a buckle and reliability of fixing in it замковой скобы a belt, in case of need replace a collar in gathering.

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications and accompanying illustrations to subsection "Design" see).

1. Remove the panel of furnish of a back shelf.
2. Remove the top cover of an overlay of a threshold of a back door (see Has undressed Removal and installation of elements of internal furnish).

3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a belt.

1. Remove a pillow of a back seat (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of seats).

2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove анкерные sections of seat belts.

1. Remove the basic and top sections of the back lateral panel of furnish of salon (see Has undressed Removal and installation of elements of internal furnish).

2. Give fixing bolts/nuts and remove a belt.

1. Remove a lantern of illumination of a luggage space (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).
2. Execute procedures of paragraphs 7 both 8 Has undressed Removal and installation of elements of internal furnish, then release fixing clamps and unbend back edge of a ceiling upholstery.

3. Disconnect electroconducting, turn out fixing bolts and remove a seat belt.

1. Lift a pillow of a back seat (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of seats).

2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove анкерные sections of seat belts.

1. Check up tapes of belts on presence of signs of a wipe, разрыхления a fabric basis and other defects, in case of need make replacement.
2. Estimate a condition анкерных sections, check up serviceability of functioning of a buckle and reliability of fixing in it замковой скобы a belt, in case of need replace a collar in gathering.

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications and accompanying illustrations to subsection "Design" see).

1. The discharge emergency натяжителя should be made on a flat equal surface, free from extraneous subjects.
2. As at a discharge натяжителя occurs взрывообразно and it is accompanied by very loud clap, track, that nobody was in radius of 5 metres from натяжителя.
3. Operation натяжителя is accompanied дымообразованием in view of what the discharge should be made in well ventilated premise.
4. Before to start procedure performance put on goggles and gloves, having finished, do not forget to wash up a hand carefully.
5. After operation натяжитель there is hot during more enough long time, - do not touch assemblage at least 40 minutes.
6. Do not suppose hit on worked натяжитель a moisture, - before recycling wrap assemblage in a polyethylene package.
Discharge

2. Combine a back of a forward seat and shift seat assemblage against the stop forward.
3. Switch off ignition, disconnect a negative wire from the battery and wait not less than 20 seconds.

4. Remove the bottom panel of furnish of the central rack (see Has undressed Removal and installation of elements of internal furnish) and disunite a yellow socket of electroconducting emergency натяжителя a seat belt.

5. By means of a clip of type entering into the complete set "crocodile" close the plug of a plug socket of a connecting cable from a set for a discharge натяжителя, - contact should remain closed till the moment actually the discharge beginnings натяжителя!
6. Connect a socket 2D a set of an adapter entering into the complete set to a yellow socket of electroconducting натяжителя, the second end of a nozzle connect to a reciprocal socket of a connecting cable.
7. Completely unwind a connecting cable, make sure that nobody is in the car, then densely close all doors (including a door of a back/cover of a luggage space), windows and hatches.

8. Establish the storage battery on distance not less than 5 m from the car, make sure that nobody is to a 5-metre dangerous zone, disconnect a clip of type "crocodile" from the plug of a plug socket and connect it to a negative pole of the battery, connect the second a connecting cable connect to a positive pole of the battery, - prepare for sound blow.  Do not touch to worked натяжителя during a minimum of 40 minutes!

9. Remove a seat belt and turn worked натяжитель in a polyethylene package.

2. Prepare a special set and connect a connecting cable to натяжителю.

3. With the help трехжильного a plait with section of each vein not less than 1.25 мм2 it is strong примотайте натяжитель to a disk of wheel assemblage.

4. Lay from above on a wheel with adhered to it натяжителем four automobile tyre covers (натяжитель it should appear in the formed chamber), from above put one more wheel assemblage (a disk with the put on tyre cover) and strongly wind turned out design with a strong cord.

5. Further operate also, as well as at a discharge not removed from the car натяжителя (see above).
