Removal and installation of the panel of devices

The standard complete set of all models of cars considered in the present Management includes system of additional safety (SRS). Before to start performance of any works near to blocks of pillows of safety, a steering column or the instrument panel, disconnect SRS in order to avoid reception of traumas at its casual operation (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head)! Electroconducting of chain SRS is easy for distinguishing on yellow colour of isolation.

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

2. Remove the left bottom section of furnish of the panel of devices.

3. Turn out the fixing screw and remove the bottom cover of a casing of a steering column (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
4. Remove the main ware box (see Has undressed Removal installation of the main ware box).

5. Remove the bottom lateral panels of furnish of the central console.

6. Remove the module of a passenger face-to-face pillow of safety (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).

7. Remove the top panels of furnish of both forward racks.

8. Remove the bottom panel of furnish of a forward rack (a threshold overlay) from the passenger party of salon.

9. On hand-operated models functioning of systems of heating/air conditioning translate the handle of a choice of a temperature mode in extreme right position (corresponding to the maximum intensity of heating of air), then disconnect a cable of a drive mixing заслонки from the bottom part of assemblage of a heater.

At installation try not to suppose change of position of the handle and приводной draught.

10. Turn out bolts of fastening of the panel of devices.

11. Preliminary having marked, disunite contact sockets of electroconducting and cautiously take the panel of devices from car salon.

At рассоединении sockets at all do not pull for electroconducting plaits!

12. Lay the removed assemblage vertically on pair wooden blocks, - try not to scratch a covering.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

2. At landing of the panel of devices to the regular place track correctness of hit of three directing hooks in plugs of reciprocal apertures through passage in кузовной panels. Try not to admit a jamming of plaits of electroconducting, track reliability of fixing of contact sockets. The demanded size of effort of a tightening of fixing bolts makes 7 ± 1 Nanometer.
