Check of a condition and replacement of a forward epiploon of back differential

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In case of detection of signs of development of leaks of greasing through an epiploon replace last and check up карданный a shaft.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Establish selector AT lever in position «N» / include neutral transfer (Manual transmission).
4. Release a lay brake.

5. Turn out a drain stopper and merge from differential трансмиссионное oil, then establish a drain stopper into place and tighten it with demanded effort.

 In forward differentials of T-type the stopper is established on hermetic of type THREE BOND 1105, on VA-type differentials it is necessary to replace an aluminium sealing washer.

6. Поддомкратьте a back of the car also establish it on props.
7. Remove back section of system of release of the fulfilled gases with the muffler (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
8. Remove карданный a shaft (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of components карданного a shaft).

9. Keeping a connecting flange key ST 498427200, release самоконтрящуюся a nut.

10. Give protection nuts.

11. Remove a filter of a fuel tank.

12. By means of stripper ST 399703602 separate a connecting flange.

13. By means of stripper ST 499705401 take an epiploon.

14. Installation new an epiploon is made with the help оправки ST 498447120.

15. Begin to knock a connecting flange on the place a hammer with soft the brisk.
16. Tighten with demanded effort (181.4 Nanometers) new самоконтрящуюся a nut.
17. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
