REMOVAL
|
|
|
|
Before removal карданного a shaft wind metal parts with rags or a rubber material since at removal these parts can damage rubber protective casings. |
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Establish selector AT lever in position «N» / include neutral transfer (Manual transmission)
3. Release a lay brake.
4. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
5. Remove central back (with the muffler) sections of system of release of the fulfilled gases, also uncover a thermofilter (see the Head of the Power supply system and release)

6. Mark position карданного a shaft concerning connecting back differential, then release four fixing bolts and turn out three of them. |
|
|
7. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the central bearing to the car bottom. |
8. Liberate карданный a shaft from transmission, - try not to damage epiploons and a rubbing surface of a sliding collar.
|
|
Prepare drain capacity for gathering of oil which will flow out at removal карданного a shaft; right after shaft extraction muffle an aperture in the case of lengthening of transmission by a special cover, or a polyethylene film. |

CHECK
|
|
|
|
The kardannyj shaft is not subject to dismantling. |
1. The basic control geometrical parametres карданного a shaft are presented on an illustration.
2. Examine a surface of pipes карданного a shaft on presence of jags or cracks.
3. Estimate deterioration degree шлицевых joints.
4. Check up smoothness and noiselessness of work of hinges.
5. Estimate size люфта, smoothness of a course and noiselessness of rotation of the central bearing.
6. Check up a condition of epiploons.
7. With the help циферблатного a measuring instrument define size of palpation of forward and back sections of a shaft in the central part of pipes. If the result of measurement exceeds 0.6 mm, replace a defective component. |

INSTALLATION
|
|
|
1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
2. Manually turning a shaft, check up it on presence excessive люфта gearings шлицевых connections, also estimate sizes люфтов in крестовинах and bearings карданных hinges.
3. Rotating a hand back wheels, define size of axial palpation карданного a shaft.
