Removal, service and installation of components of the main cylinder of coupling

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Completely merge a hydraulic liquid from the tank of the main cylinder.

2. Remove a spring clamp, take a finger and separate a rod of a pusher of the main cylinder from a coupling pedal.

3. Remove the air cleaner case (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
4. Disconnect from the main cylinder a hydraulic line.
5. Give fixing nuts and remove the main cylinder in gathering with the tank, - try not to admit hit of a hydraulic liquid on painted кузовные a surface, traces of the spilt liquid immediately collect rags or paper towels.

Dismantling, check of a condition of components and assemblage

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take a fixing pin and remove the tank from the case of the main cylinder.

2. Remove the sealing plug of landing of the tank through passage.
3. Shift back on a rod duster, having taken away it from a cylinder end face.
4. Cautiously remove a lock ring, - try not to admit выскакивания from the cylinder of a rod, a washer, the piston and a returnable spring.
5. Attentively study a condition of all removed components. Excessively worn out and damaged elements replace.
6. Assemblage is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that the counternut of fastening of a collar of a rod of a pusher has been tightened with demanded effort (10 Nanometers).

 Before installation of a rod of a pusher grease its surface of interface to the piston with greasing of type Silicone grease G40M (. 004404003).

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that fixing nuts have been tightened with demanded effort (18 Nanometers); the effort of a tightening штуцерной nuts of a hydraulic hose makes 15 Nanometers.

 Before installation of a pin with a head grease it.

2. Remove from a hydraulic path air (see Has undressed Removal of air from a hydraulic path of a drive of deenergizing of coupling) and check up serviceability of functioning of coupling.
