Removal, check of a condition and installation of components of assemblage of coupling

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assemblage Manual transmission (the Manual box and differential see the Head).

2. Establish on a flywheel aligning core ST 499747100.

3. Mark position of a basket of coupling concerning a cranked shaft, then turn out fixing bolts and remove a basket and a conducted disk of coupling, - try not to suppose oil hit on a frictional surface of a disk of coupling.

 The basket and conducted disk of coupling are not subject to dismantling and are in case of need replaced in gathering.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For an estimation of degree of deterioration of frictional overlays of a disk of coupling measure height of their surfaces выступания over heads of rivets. At local deterioration or at the deterioration exceeding admissible value, replace a coupling disk.

 Do not wash a coupling disk with clearing liquids.


2. Restoration of a surface of the hardened overlays can be made by means of an emery paper though it will be more reasonable to replace a disk in gathering.
3. At detection of traces замасливания frictional overlays the disk is subject to replacement without fail, - check up a condition of the forward epiploon Manual transmission, interfaced surfaces картера transmissions, a back epiploon of the engine and other possible sources of leaks.

4. Define size of palpation of a frictional disk by means of aligning core ST 499747100 and циферблатного a measuring instrument плунжерного type. If the measured size of palpation exceeds admissible value, restore or replace a coupling disk.

5. Estimate deterioration degree ступичных шлицов, торсионных springs and rivets. In case of need replace a disk.


Coupling basket

INSTALLATION

1. Pass aligning core ST 499747100 in an aperture in a nave of a conducted disk and establish last on a flywheel, filling the core end in directing bearing, - track, that the conducted disk has been established by the correct party to a flywheel.

 On the American models, arrange a basket so that zero labels of a basket and a flywheel have appeared developed at an angle not less than 120 ° to each other, - zero labels serve for definition of a direction of a residual disbalance.

2. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track correctness of combination of landing labels. The tightening of bolts of fastening of a basket of coupling with demanded effort (15.7 Nanometers) should be made in stages in a diagonal order.
