Condition check, removal and installation of the compressor of system K/V

 Air central air constantly is under a high pressure. At all do not disconnect refrigerator lines and do not remove any components of system, preliminary without having executed a discharge of last. The discharge of a central air of air should be made by forces of the skilled expert in the conditions of a car-care centre workshop. At рассоединении refrigerator lines necessarily put on goggles!

At replacement of components of a central air of air the certain quantity of replaceable refrigerator oil necessary for filling of volume of new knot is required. Use only the oil suitable for the use in systems R-134a (attentively study a label on the container)!


 Compressor K/V is not among components subject to regenerative repair and in default should be replaced together with a receiver-dehumidifier.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. With the help probeа лезвийного type measure size of a backlash magnetic муфты compressor couplings on all perimetre приводной a plate/pulley. The rating value makes 0.45 ± 0.15 mm.
2. Disconnect from the compressor electroconducting, then connect the storage battery a positive pole to the plug № 3 contact sockets of assemblage, and negative - to the compressor case. Make sure of serviceability of operation magnetic муфты. At negative results of check replace the compressor.

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make a discharge of a central air in the conditions of a specialised workshop.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove an air inlet (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path).

4. Disconnect from compressor assemblage hoses of high and low pressure.

 Try not to lose sealing rings, at once after a detachment of hoses закупорьте their open ends approaching заглушками!

5. Remove приводной a belt (Routine maintenance see the Head).
6. Remove the generator (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
7. Disconnect electroconducting of the compressor from кузовного a plait.
8. Turn out bolts of fastening of a basic arm.

9. Release fixing bolts and remove compressor assemblage from an arm.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget to replace sealing rings штуцерных sockets, track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort. Make adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (Routine maintenance see the Head).
2. In summary make gymnastics of system and its check on leaks in the conditions of a specialised workshop.
3. At installation of the new compressor, check up oil level, in case of need make corresponding updating. Calculation of volume of the coolant necessary for filling of volume of the new compressor is made as follows:

a) Merge refrigerator oil from the compressor removed from the car in measured capacity through soaking up union;
b) Subtract result of measurement from value of 160 ml;
c) also it is necessary to fill in the volume of a coolant Received as a result of subtraction in the new compressor.
4. Start of the new compressor is made as follows:

a) Open deflectors all air lines on the panel of devices and allow to the engine to work on single turns within five seconds;
b) Include the heater fan for the maximum speed;
c) Not less than for 2 minutes activate a central air, at turns of the engine less than 1500 in a minute.
