Removal and installation of a fuel tank

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tyre out the car on the lift.
2. Empty a fuel tank (Razdel Oporozhnenie of a fuel tank see).

3. Remove a clamp of fastening of electroconducting of a fuel tank on a basic arm.

4. Disconnect electroconducting of a tank from a back plait.

5. Lift a back seat, unbend edge of a carpet covering and push inside the plug of electroconducting of a fuel tank through passage in a cover of a service aperture.

6. Remove a service cover and disconnect electroconducting and fuel lines from pump assemblage (see Has undressed Service of the fuel pump).
7. Remove a cable of a drive of a lay brake (the Brake system see the Head).
8. Give wheel nuts, lift the car and remove back wheels.

9. Remove the forward lateral panel of protection of a fuel tank.

10. Remove back section of system of release of the fulfilled gases with the muffler (see Has undressed Removal and installation of sections of system of release of the fulfilled gases).
11. Remove карданный a shaft.

12. Disconnect electroconducting from gauge ABS.

13. Turn out bolts of fastening of basic arms of back sections drive a cable of a lay brake and hydraulic hoses of brake system.

14. On models with disk brake mechanisms of back wheels remove supports of brake assemblages and tie up them to suspension bracket elements (the Brake system see the Head). On models with drum-type back brake mechanisms disconnect from wheel cylinders hydraulic hoses (the Brake system see the Head).

15. Give nuts of fastening of shock-absorbers to levers of a back suspension bracket.

16. Turn out bolts of fastening of elements of a suspension bracket to a body and remove assemblage of a back suspension bracket in gathering.

17. Remove back panels of lateral protection of a fuel tank.

18. Disconnect hoses from the double-thread valve and a tube испарительной lines.

19. Release fixing collars and disconnect from a jellied mouth of a fuel tank the main and ventilating hoses.

20. Secure with the help of the assistant, prop up a fuel tank трансмиссионным a jack, turn out болтыкрепления assembly tapes and take a tank from under the car.

Condition check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Attentively examine a tank on presence of cracks, holes and other mechanical damages.
2. Check up a condition and passableness of fuel tubes and hoses.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications and illustrations to subsection "Removal" see).

The definitive tightening of bolts of fastening of assembly tapes is made after end of connection of fuel lines and hoses, - track reliability of fixing штуцерных connections.
