Removal and steering wheel installation

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Result forward wheels in rectilinear position.
3. Remove the module of a pillow of safety (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).

4. Give a fixing nut and by means of a special stripper remove a steering wheel from a pin of a steering shaft, preliminary having marked its adjusting position.

5. Check up a steering wheel on presence of signs of deformations, estimate a condition of spokes. In case of need replace a steering wheel.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle, do not forget to make centering of a contact drum (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head). The demanded effort of a tightening of a nut of fastening of a steering wheel makes 45 Nanometers.

 In order to avoid damage of a cable drum track correctness of hit of its directing finger in a reception aperture in the bottom part of a steering wheel. Sockets of electroconducting of the module of a pillow of safety, a horn and темпостата pass in a window in the bottom part of a wheel!
