Service, removal and installation of a radiator of system of cooling
|
|
Do not start performance of procedures before full cooling of the engine. |
Service
|
|
|
1. Muffle the engine, carefully wipe all joints subject to check and connections.
2. Uncover a jellied mouth of a radiator, in case of need add in a radiator cooling liquid for lifting of level of last mouth to the bottom cut.
|
|
3. Connect a special tester to a jellied mouth of a radiator and create in the last pressure in 157 кПа. Check up assemblage of a radiator and it штуцерные connections on presence of signs of development of leaks of a liquid. |
4. Attentively study a condition радиаторных hoses, in case of need make their replacement. |

Removal and installation
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
3. Remove protection картера.
4. Empty cooling system.
5. Disconnect electroconducting from the main and auxiliary fans of system of cooling (the Section Check of serviceability of functioning, removal, service and installation of fans of system of cooling see).
6. Disconnect a final hose from a thermostat cover (model 2.0 and 2.5) / a radiator (model 3.0) (Sections Check of serviceability of functioning and replacement of the thermostat and Check of serviceability of functioning, removal, service and installation of fans of system of cooling see).
7. On models with АТ disconnect from a radiator hoses of a path of cooling ATF.
8. Lower the car on the earth.
9. Remove an air inlet (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path).
10. Disconnect переливной a hose of system of cooling.
11. Remove a broad tank of system of cooling.
12. On models 2.0 and 2.5 l disconnect an inlet hose of a radiator from the engine. On l models 3.0 disconnect from a radiator inlet hoses.
13. Remove arms of the top support of a radiator.

14. Liberate from a clamp on a radiator a hose of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel. |
15. Slightly raise радиаторную assemblage, shift it to the left, then take from an impellent compartment.

16. Installation is made upside-down, - preliminary make sure available on the places of rubber pillows of the bottom support, - landing pins of a radiator should get to reception nests of pillows. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications and accompanying illustrations to the present Section see). |
